Since 1978 has overseen the acquisition, development or redevelopment of over 140 projects as a principal or general partner ranging from multi-family, office and commercial/retail projects in addition to two of the largest manufactured housing communities in Oregon. He remains fiercely loyal to his investors, many of whom have placed their confidence with the firm through the 80's and 90's to the present day in addition to second generation clients. ORION WISE, CPM®
Portfolio Manager
Orion joined the firm as an intern in 2012 and grew to oversee all aspects of CIN's portfolio, including management, leasing, capital projects and the analysis of new opportunities. He holds a CA broker's license #01919398, Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and a B.A. degree with a concentration in finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
CHRIS BRACKEMYER
Operations Manager
Chris joined the firm in 1994 and manages CIN's Operations in three states, most importantly holding the torch of our mission high and sharing it with others. She has grown through most CIN roles, developing a unique perspective to support the firm's mission of consistently improving systems and attitudes.
JESSICA NIELSEN
Property Manager
Jessica brings years of property management experience with knowledge in affordable housing, corporate housing and commercial projects to the management and optimization of the portfolio. She holds various industry certifications and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University, Long Beach. BRE license #01961071
ALIX GAST
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Processing the firm's AP & AR, Alix is also key to the integration of new accounting software upgrades. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a communications emphasis from Cal State University, Long Beach.
